💰Wallet Verification

With the plague of spam NFTs entering peoples wallets, wallet providers have ramped up what NFTs are considered spam which leads to more false positives. What this means is sometimes minters do not see the NFT in their wallet. However, this situation is fixable as there are ways for your Collection to not be automatically seen as spam.

Phantom

You'll need to contact Phantom support which can be done by visiting their support page and clicking on the chat bot in the bottom corner.

Whilst you go through the process of getting the Collection verified you can let your community know that they can go to their wallet and manually show the collection in their wallet. With this they can also choose to hide certain NFTs from being visible inside their Phantom wallet.

This does not actually add / remove the NFT from their wallet, it's just a setting so users can choose what they can see in their wallet in Phantom itself.

Solflare

Similar to Phantom you'll need to contact Solflare support to get your Collection verified, to do this visit their support page and click on the chat bot in the bottom corner.
